Welcome to Pure Peps. By purchasing from our store, you agree to the following return and refund terms.

All Sales Final

Due to the nature of research compounds and sterile products, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or handled products.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the package and product

  • Description of the issue

Once reviewed, we may offer:

  • A replacement product

  • Store credit

  • Partial or full refund (case-by-case basis)

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. If a package is lost during transit, contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate.

Shipping Delays

Shipping times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our control. Refunds are not issued for delayed shipments once an order has been shipped.

Order Cancellations
