Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, Pure Peps is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages marked as delivered.
If a package is lost during transit, please contact us and we will assist in filing a carrier investigation when possible.
